Kudos to University College Dublin for hosting a superb Sellars centenary conference. The papers were good, but what I most appreciated was the collegiality and congeniality of the conference. I met lots of new people, renewed acquaintances with so many others, and the atmosphere was warm and supportive, wherever one landed on the right-left line. My only regret was that I couldn’t go to all the presentations in the Workshop. Parallel sessions allow twice as many presentations, but any one person can get to only half of them. The ones I heard were so good, I really feel a twinge at thinking about what other good stuff I must have missed.

I wish I was there :) Will the papers be published in a conference proceeding? :)

Vera,

I believe that plans are in the works in have the 12 conference papers published, but I don’t know where the organizers are in the process. I don’t believe that any plans have been made to publish any of the 28 workshop papers.

Carl
